At the heart of the work of the practice is our business change method (gBCM).  The method offers a full business change lifecycle management method that is fully integrated with glue:'s other method, in particular our Enterprise Architecture and IT Service Development methods (gEAM and gESM).  gBCM offers a process architecture method for describing the way in which the activities your undertake combine to add value and a business change method that allows you to systematically improve the architecture to deliver more with less. Enterprise Architecture has grown in prominence and stature as a key enabler to organisations’ success.  gEAM is a holistic approach to overcoming the challenges of defining and delivering architecture throughout an organisation as well as aligning business and IT through formalisation of how different organisational and architectural constructs inter-relate.  gEAM is not a proprietary architecture method; it incorporates features of other frameworks but is more prescriptive to improve consistently and repeatability.  gEAM can be mapped onto TOGAF 8.1 relatively easily although gEAM’s scope is broader.
