At the heart of the work of the practice is our Business Change Method (gBCM). The method offers a full business change lifecycle management method that is fully integrated with glue:'s other method, in particular our Enterprise Architecture and IT Service Development methods (gEAM and gESM).
gBCM offers a process architecture method for describing the way in which the activities your undertake combine to add value and a business change method that allows you to systematically improve the architecture to deliver more with less. The method allows you to understand the contribution of other enabling programmes to the overall business change programmes; this includes IT programmes.

The implementation of business process technology is undertaken using a variation to our standard IT delivery method (gESM). Whilst the focus of gESM is to allow you to create IT services that are robust, efficient and re-usable; the process extensions allow these services to be combined to deliver the process architecture defined by the Business Change Method (gBCM).
